Our Story

Moving made simpler

MAM Homes is an estate agency covering Manchester and the North West. We help buyers find their next home, tenants find somewhere to rent, and homeowners and landlords sell or let their property — all with one local team.

We list homes from across the market, from city-centre apartments to family houses in the suburbs. Some of the new-build homes we market are built by PipsPrice, the construction company in the MAM Homes group, alongside homes from private sellers, landlords and other developers.
