Our Story

Built around people

MAM Homes was founded with a simple mission: to build homes that people love living in. Established over 20 years ago by a team of experienced housebuilders, we set out to raise the bar for quality in new-build residential development across England.

From our first development — a modest cul-de-sac of family homes in the West Midlands — we have grown into one of the UK's most respected independent housebuilders, delivering everything from starter homes to executive properties and apartment schemes.

Our growth has been steady and principled. We have never sacrificed quality for volume. Every development is personally overseen by senior management, and every home is built to the same exacting standards regardless of price point.

Today, MAM Homes operates across 8 regions of England, with over 850 completed homes, 12 active developments, and a customer satisfaction rating of 96% — testament to the care and craftsmanship we bring to every single plot.

2004
MAM Homes Founded

MAM Homes was established in the West Midlands by three experienced housebuilders determined to build homes differently — with a focus on quality over volume.

2008
First Multi-Phase Development

Completed our first 100+ home development in Warwickshire, establishing our reputation for high-specification family homes and earning our first HBF 5-star rating.

2013
Regional Expansion

Expanded operations into the North West and Yorkshire, doubling our active development pipeline and completing our 300th home.

2018
Shared Ownership Launch

Launched our affordable homes division, delivering Shared Ownership and Help to Buy properties alongside our open-market offer across 6 regions.

2022
Future Homes Standard Early Adopter

Committed to building all new homes to Future Homes Standard specification ahead of the 2025 regulatory deadline — delivering net-zero ready homes years early.
